Train Consistently. Keep Improving.

Membership gives you the space, structure, and consistency to continue training—whether you're coming from classes or joining with experience.

What Membership Means

Membership at Skyward Fencing provides access to a consistent training environment where you can fence regularly, build experience, and continue improving over time.

For many fencers, membership follows classes.
For others—especially those with prior experience—it’s the starting point.

There’s no required path. What matters is having a place to train and continue moving forward.

What’s Included

Two fencers competing in a fencing match indoors, wearing protective gear and masks, with a scoreboard nearby, and other people in the background.

Membership gives you access to the core training environment at Skyward.

This includes:

  • Open fencing sessions

  • A consistent space to train and practice

  • Opportunities to fence with a range of partners

  • A structured but flexible training environment

Members do not pay drop-in fees for open fencing.

Membership is for anyone who wants consistent time on the piste.

That includes:

  • Students continuing beyond classes

  • Fencers interested in competition

  • Adults looking for a regular training routine

  • Experienced fencers joining from other clubs

  • Former fencers returning to the sport

You don’t need to be advanced—but if you are, you’ll find a place here.

How Membership Fits In

For many fencers, membership becomes the next step after classes.

Classes build the foundation.
Membership provides the space to apply it through regular fencing and practice.

For experienced fencers, membership often becomes the primary way to train.

Private lessons can be added at any point to accelerate progress or prepare for competition.

Private Lessons

Private lessons provide focused, individualized coaching and are one of the most effective ways to improve.

They are commonly used by members who want to refine technique, build consistency, or prepare for competition.

A Strong Training Environment

Skyward brings together a mix of fencers at different stages.

Some train for competition.
Some focus on steady improvement.
Some are returning to the sport after time away.

What they share is a consistent environment where people train, fence, and support each other’s progress.
