Forward. Together.
A place to train, improve, and be part of something that keeps moving.
Who We Are
Skyward Fencing is an Olympic-style épée club built around one simple idea: consistent improvement.
Some of our fencers are just getting started. Others train and compete regularly at regional and national events. Most fall somewhere in between.
We’re not defined by a single path or outcome. What brings people here—and keeps them here—is the opportunity to improve in a structured, supportive environment.
What We Do
We provide structured fencing classes, open fencing, and private lessons designed to help fencers develop over time.
Our programs focus on:
technical development
understanding timing and distance
building confidence on the strip
For those interested, we also support fencers in local, regional, and national competition.
Our Approach
We take improvement seriously—but not at the expense of the environment.
Skyward is a place where:
beginners can start without pressure
experienced fencers can continue to grow
different goals can exist in the same room
Some train for competition. Some train for personal progress. Both belong here.
The Environment Matters

Your Path
There’s no single way to train at Skyward.
Most people begin with classes.
Some join with prior experience.
Many continue through membership and private lessons.
What matters is that you have a place to train and a path to keep improving.
Coaching
Our coaching focuses on helping fencers understand the sport—not just go through the motions.
We emphasize:
clear technical instruction
real application through fencing
long-term development
We meet fencers where they are and help them move forward from there.
Come see it for Yourself!
Our Space
Skyward provides a dedicated space for training, with room for classes, lessons, and open fencing.
It’s built to support consistent practice and focused development.
